Left Milan for a week in Northen Italy Lakes. First is Lake Maggiore. About 8.5 miles of hiking today. A BIG thanks to the Jascots for recommending 2 walking poles for each of us and loaning us theirs...a major improvement over 1 pole each.

Yes, the poles definitely help when hoing up and down hills! Almost like having a second pair of legs.

Beautiful pictures again today. Cathy and I overwhelmed by you all doing 8.5 miles. Not sure my new hip could take it!! 😂. Stay well.
