Sorry I missed yesterday's blog...it was a very long day with many no wake zone, shallow areas, and everyone with a boat in Myrtle Beach was out cruising! Today (21 June) was better but more shallow areas (we timed them to be at mid tide or higher so no problems), a couple of long no wake zones (especially thru Isle of Palms), and congestion as we hit Charleston Harbor. We are now in a marina near the historical district and will eat at SNOB (Slightly North of Broad) tonight. Sharp One running great but I have a fresh water hose that has come apart at a joint twice...two hose clamps on it now!!!

20 June - Wacca Wache (south of Myrtle Beach)...did a quick swim in the Atlantic, watched an alligator swim by our dock at the marina (so, too slow for pictures) and had a great dinner with Trina's sister-in-law Susan, her daughter Sarah and brother Ben , and our long time friend Beth Pidgeon and her friend Jackie.
Fun Fact about Wacca Wache Area
The Wacca Wache area, located in South Carolina, is known for its unique blend of natural beauty and history. One fun fact is that it is home to the Wacca Wache Marina, which features a picturesque setting along the Waccamaw River, making it a popular spot for boating, fishing, and enjoying the scenic views of the surrounding cypress trees and wildlife. This area is also a great place to spot local bird species, including herons and egrets, making it a haven for bird watchers!

Great photo reminds me the memories I visited Myrtle Beach couple of times with my wife. Enjoy family boating trip!
