Easy run today to beautiful Mystic, Ct
Mystic Seaport Museum Marina. Highly recommend the Museum and Marina. Lile a small Williamsburg for boaters. Also, tried to go to town in the dinghy but she broke, towed back, then Elizabeth and I found the problem (tube in fuel tank fell off) and were able to fix her. Great lunch at Mystic Pizza and dinner last night at S&P Oyster in Mystic.
We have had to change our plans. Waves to Martha's Vineyard today (18 July) are 4 feet with short period between waves. The boat could make it but would not be fun for about 4 hours...so decided to stay in Mystic for another day, then go to Greenport, NY, then Shelter Island, the Sag Harbor. It is good to have planned some options!

Love that town! Have been there many times to visit the museum and view the vessels on site! And have seen that Miss Budweiser race many times too! Plus beautiful weather!
Glad to hear Mystic is still fun. Drove through 35 years ago.
