Boarded the ship in Nauta, about 60 miles from Iquitos

Boarded at sunset after interesting 90 minute ride to Nauta thru the jungle

Beautiful boat. Only 20 cabins!

First morning skiff ride. Already mid 90 degrees. Saw lots of birds and some monkeys (somewhere in the tree pictured above)

Ran thru a strong storm that produced a sand storm on one shore.

Afternoon skiff ride...lots of birds...still looking for snakes! Then surprise stop on a sandbar for dances and food of the tribes of the Amazon. Food was great...no I did not eat the bugs in the picture above! Very fun!
