12 July - Knapp's Narrows to Cape May

Great run today. 148 miles...calm seas on Delaware Bay.

Passed thru the Chesapeake - Delaware canal (no big ships today). Then south to Cape May. Passed several Navy ships heading north???

Cape May is very busy...Saturday night. At South Jersey Marina...where the big boats dock! The city looks like Boulder with a great walking area. All the houses have great gardens.

Tomorrow...an early start for 151 miles of the Atlantic Ocean from Cape May to Staten Island. Seas look good with 2 ft waves and 6 sec period (time between waves). Sharp One is running great!

Looks phenomenal, with amazing weather and calm seas. Cape May looks lovely. You seem to be making great time, I hate to think of your gas bill. What the hell, you take it with you. Have a blast.
